Program Description

The comprehensive curriculum works for the newcomer as well as the seasoned professional and is especially useful to small and medium-size business owners. Taught by industry-experienced instructors, classes are current, relevant and complete. Indeed, the program is recognized by the Greater Miami Society of Human Resources Management. This program provides working professionals with the essential skills they need to manage human capital in a wide range of organizations and industries, from major corporations to nonprofit organizations and government agencies.
Starting with the Strategic Management, the certificate program delivers HR fundamentals as well as the latest trends and issues in the HR field. This real-world curriculum provides you with all the tools necessary to get the job done – and help others get their job done.

Participants gain an understanding of organizational dynamics, negotiation, strategic implementation, and other fundamental areas of HR management. The emphasis is on the application of classroom concepts to practical decision making in the workplace that will enable participants to quickly transfer their new skills to enhance decision making.

Duration: A total of five (5) training days, divided into three sessions (first session is one day, second session is two days and the third session is two days).
