Minerva offers a training that is memorable and unique, relevant and of high quality, that has been endorsed and regulated by the new approach of Minerva which is based on the training benefit analysis model (TBAM). Training that is presented from differing viewpoints and perspectives and that is adaptive to the objectives, needs and training outcomes.
Our training model must always make an effective contribution to improving skills, knowledge and attitudes related to your individual competence. To achieve that, Minerva Training Institute has been developed a uniquely method which is Training Benefit Analysis. The training benefit analysis of Minerva Training Institute aims to identify the most effective manner of achieving the stated goals and objectives.
At The Training benefit analysis model we take you through a considered, simple and pragmatic process. We consider all stakeholders, refer to best practice and research, and take into account your organizational values and vision. We ensure your training has the correct purpose. We provide clear direction, enabling you to engage in the different process of conducting a training program. We think that such a model might change the way we develop and deliver training.
Training benefit analysis model of Minerva has three stages: the first: preparation stage, which begins before training event; the second: delivery stage, which during the training event and the third: Outcome stage, which after the training event. During each stage we address questions which their answers will provide clear direction, enabling the trainees to perform these processes by themselves, as part of our standard approach.
